I live in Central NY, and never had to make arrangements before, such as from airport to hotel, from hotel to Navy base. I see there are hotel/flight packages, but I have no clue what hotel is a good choice within the vacinity of the base. How would I find out transportation arrangements from place to place once I do get into Chicago ahead of time so I know my trip is planned out? Any suggestions???
